The Armstrong Hot & Cold Hose Stations – Premium have a corrosion resistant industrial nickel plating on all components excepting the TMV (heavy duty industrial chrome) and are supplied fully assembled and pressure tested in the following configurations.
Armstrong Model 320 Thermostatic Mixing Valve with integral inlet supply risers with 3/4" ball valves cross-linked by a stainless steel bridge piece and lever for simultaneous on/off control of both inlet supplies. Stainless Steel dual scale Thermometer and Inlet Check Valves included. The unit is supplied fully assembled, pressure-tested.
Armstrong Model 3032S is a Model 3031S as above mounted to a stainless steel hose rack.
Armstrong Model 3033S is a Model 3032S as above supplied with 25’ Armstrong “safety yellow” wash down hose, spray nozzle with swivel adaptor and a stainless steel nozzle hook.
Armstrong Model 3033S – FMCD is a Model 3033S as above supplied installed within a Type-304 stainless steel, two-door cabinet with a 2" (50 mm) flange designed for recessed installation. The cabinet doors have a recessed “toggle” handle. All exposed surfaces have a #4 brushed finish. The bottom of the cabinet is crosscut to drain any water accidentally discharged within the cabinet.
FMCD cabinets are manufactured to order and can be modified to include customer requirements such as increased dimensions, vacuum breakers, compressed air and/or fluid lines, pressure-reducing valves and gauges, extra hose lengths, and more.
